I recommend only choosing courses in English and, if you want to improve your Chinese, attend the Free Mandarin Evening Course provided by the university. The campus is cool, very big with a lot of trees. But it is quite far from my appartement (50min with mrt) because it is in New Taipei and not in Taipei. Registration was quite easy because i had a buddy (a local student who help international students). I think choosing a university which in Taipei is a better idea but if you don’t have the choice it is still okay to go to FJUC cause you only have course during 3…

If you want to get high grades and not fail, you need to have a REALLY good attendance record. The professors were nice and pretty chill most of the time. Registration was easy and the people at the International Student Office were nice and helpful. I'd pick this uni again because I had a good time and the courses were pretty good but, if I had the chance to, I would have liked to attend a uni that's closer to the centre of Taipei.

The campus was huge and very cool, maybe classrooms and materials are a bit old. Not difficult to register, just some medical exams and vaccins that are a bit long to do.
