Humanities, I heard, are great, a lot of free time. The Gijon faculty is in a super beautiful place. If you are an engineering student, though, I don't recommend this university, especially if you don't know Spanish and are taking English courses. A lot of professors are very bad at explaining and teaching their subject, silly rating systems, and everything is made to be so unnecessarily complicated. Most local st…
campus is not very cool, there is nothing to do there. Registration was so hard and they are never happy with what you are wirtting on your learning aggreement. We all had to do it again like 6 times. If i had to chose, i would not take the same uni again. But it was a good semester, the problem is just from the uni

EmilijaFall 2025★ 7.0Humanities, I heard, are great, a lot of free time. Most local students take extra Fourier Academy lectures on the same subjects because professors are that bad at teaching, it's not available in English, costs money, hard to get in as an Erasmus. Recommend an intensive Spanish course if you are learning Spanish (costs money)! The lecturer is great, but intense. The campus is very big, schedules you do yourself, but their times are still super dumb, no breaks if you don't have windows, you end up rushing half the day, if you have different area subjects might have overlapping or huge breaks (morning and evening subjects, English groups usually have only one), mostly good only for Spanish-speaking people.

MatteoFall 2025★ 8.0The campus of Economics is a bit old and not really comfortable, but OK to study
GuilhemFall 2025★ 9.0Campus was cool, accessible by foot and by bus so it's easy.
