Shared Homies runs furnished co-living houses across Seoul for exchange students, working-holidayers and young professionals. Rooms are move-in ready, rent is all-in, and the contract is in English — no key money, no guarantor, no landing alone. Stays start at one month, so a semester or an exchange year fits without signing a two-year Korean lease. Our houses sit in the neighbourhoods internationals actually want: Haebangchon and Itaewon, Hongdae and Seodaemun, Gwanghwamun, Gangnam and Sillim — and we know the commutes to Yonsei, Ewha, SNU and Sogang. You tour the house live on video before you commit, we walk through every line of the contract together, and on move-in day we hand you the documents immigration asks for when you register your address.
