When Mathias, Sophie and Alex first arrived in China, they went through the same chaos most students face. Apartments that didn’t match the photos, confusing contracts, language barriers everywhere. They quickly realized that finding housing as an international wasn’t just difficult, it was exhausting.

So they decided to build something better. They started small, helping friends of friends, meeting students around the city and making sure every apartment was exactly what people expected. Little by little, their idea became Here: a team that understands the reality of moving abroad because they lived it themselves.
